Leading supermarket chain

A leading UK based supermarket chain underwent a full supply chain transformation. This required a re-design of their internal systems that facilitated all the moving parts of their supply chain. The existing systems where over 20 years old meaning this project required a complete design makeover. My UX skills were heavily relied upon and developed during this project. I worked in a very small design team of just me and a senior designer. It was critical that we were able to communicate efficiently to meant the tight deadlines and high standards of this project. We worked very closely with employees of the supermarket to meticulously understand their processes and how they interact with the existing systems.

Rescue Life

My final year project at university, Brief:

To create a significant Internet influenced production that should be innovative in its approach and placed within a critical context.

I created a web application dedicated to matching owners with rescue pets, and then updating their new companions progress on the social portion of the application. The project consists of two elements: The rescue pet listings which will be drawn from other rescue sites, either by API or manually inputted by the external rescues as a form of advertising to reach a wider audience. And the Social media element, where users can follow the progress of rescue animals in a social media for pets.
